Non ci sono ancora conferme ufficiali, ma sembra che Kliph Scurlock, batterista dei Flaming Lips dal 2002, abbia lasciato la band. Come notato dal sito "The Future Heart" e poi riportato oggi da Pitchfork, Scurlock non era sul palco durante lo show del 22 marzo a New Orleans, e su twitter il fatto non è passato inosservato.
