Si è spento quest'oggi Mark Stewart. Il fondatore del Pop Group, band famosa per l'originale blend di post-punk, dub e funk, oltre che per i testi altamente politicizzati, aveva 62 anni.
Le cause del decesso sono ancore ignote, ma a confermare la morte ci ha pensato un commosso comunicato della sua label, la Mute, che recita:
"In honour of this original, fearless, sensitive, artistic and funny man, think for yourself and question everything. The world was changed because of Mark Stewart, it will never be the same without him".
