Le classifiche degli altri: i migliori dischi del 2024 per The Quietus

Finora vi abbiamo proposto alcune delle classifiche 2024 delle principali testate musicali internazionali, rispettivamente Mojo, Uncut, Consequence, Pitchfork, Stereogum, The Wire, Ultimate Classic Rock, Rolling Stone, Paste Magazine e NME (New Musical Express), oggi aggiungiamo all’elenco una voce piuttosto dissonante, quella del magazine The Quietus, dedito soprattutto alle nicchie più underground e sperimentali, un po’ sulla falsariga di The Wire. Non manca però, anche in questa lista, il tormentone “Brat” di Charli XCX. Se l’anno scorso a dominare le scelte di The Quietus erano stati Lankum, PJ Harvey e Teeth Of The Sea, quest’anno il podio vede al terzo gradino il post-hardcore dei Moin, al secondo la trance magnetica di Tristwch Y Fenywod e al vertice il minimalismo degli Ex-Easter Island Head da Liverpool, con “Norther”.
